Terms and conditions

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

   These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use by you (the "User" or "you") of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort facilities, services, and offerings (collectively, the "Resort"). By using the Resort's facilities, accessing its services, or participating in any activities offered by the Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. AGE AND IDENTITY

   You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required under applicable law) to enter the Resort's gaming areas, use its services, or participate in any activities offered by the Resort. You represent that you are not prohibited from accessing the Resort due to court orders, self-exclusion agreements, or other legal restrictions.

3. GAMING RESPONSIBILTY

   The User acknowledges and understands that casino games involve a level of chance and risk, and accepts personal responsibility for his/her gaming activities at the Resort. The User agrees to gamble responsibly and within their means.

4. ACCOUNT AND WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

   You are required to establish a valid account with the Resort's player loyalty program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program or making any wagers, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by all applicable gaming laws, rules, and regulations.

5. TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

   The User acknowledges that all financial transactions conducted through the Resort are subject to applicable laws, including those related to money laundering and other forms of illegal activity. The User agrees not to attempt to circumvent or manipulate any wagering limits, credit betting restrictions, or payment terms imposed by law.

6. DISPUTE AND DEFAULT PROVISIONS

   In the event that a dispute arises regarding these Terms and Conditions, Resort policies, or gaming activities, you acknowledge your agreement to resolve such disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with Washington state law.

7. WAIVER OF CLAIMS

   You waive any claims for damages or losses resulting from any delay or failure by the Resort to honor wagering transactions, process payments, or respond to inquiries within a reasonable time frame, subject to applicable law and exceptions.

8. NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS

   The Resort may send notifications regarding gaming promotions, program benefits, updates, or other important information via email or mail. You acknowledge that you are responsible for checking your account status regularly and will receive periodic communications from the Resort.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

   You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Resort, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims arising out of or related to your use of the facilities, services, or offerings at the Resort, subject to applicable law.

10. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

    The Resort shall not be liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to computer hacking incidents, natural disasters, fires, and other catastrophic events.
